WHAT DOES "HANDS FREE" DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT MEAN?
Our document management process is performed with proprietary technology and processes in the back-end. This means that from your perspective, document blobs are uploaded and once handled by our process, the sorted and categorized documents are ready for you to view or download.
HOW DO YOU BILL YOUR SERVICES?
SafeboxIQ bills per loan transaction and use of software. Add-on features are charged on top. An invoice is issued per month for each organization with the breakdown per transaction and additional costs.
HOW "FAST" DO YOU PERFORM YOUR SERVICES?
The backbone services of recognition, unitization, categorization, labelling, and sorting are done within the service level agreement of 2 hours.
WE ARE ALREADY USING A LOS, WHY WOULD WE NEED YOU?
SafeboxIQ is not a replacement to your LOS. It is a supplement. Instead of working manually in your LOS or other apps, it enables you to free yourself from "time hogs" like sorting and naming.
YOU SEEM TO ADD MORE TO MY COSTS, HOW WILL I SAVE MONEY IN USING YOU?
Since SafeboxIQ supplements with addressing the "time hogs" of sorting and labeling, the cost based on man hours per loan is decreased and capacity is increased. This also makes your cost a "variable" instead of a fixed salary - something that will be very helpful in times of low volume.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The office and fulfillment centers of SafeboxIQ are both in San Francisco, CA. All file servers and tools are hosted in data centers in the United States through Amazon Web Services. For business continuity and readiness, there are also auxiliary fulfillment centers in two separate sites in the Philippines, working through remote access.
